Zōetic Coffee is built on a simple, yet powerful, idea held by founder Lisa Bishop for two decades: that coffee can be a catalyst for meaningful relationships and strong community. Zoetic opened their first family-rooted location in Solon, Iowa in 2021 and quickly became a cherished local spot.
Four years later, we are excited to announce their expansion! Right here at the South District Market, opening December 1, 2025! They will be operating with limited hours initially as they staff up and get to know their new neighbors.
